Descripción del empleoLiderar la definición, seguimiento y optimización de la performance integral de PedidosYa Markets en Uruguay, coordinando planes comerciales, operativos y financieros.
Transformar datos complejos en insights estratégicos y tableros visuales claros que faciliten una toma de decisiones informada y ágil.
Monitorear indicadores clave de rendimiento (KPIs y OKRs), analizando proactivamente desviaciones para identificar causas raíz y proponer soluciones inmediatas.
Desarrollar proyectos analíticos end-to-end y casos de negocio transversales, articulando metas y presupuestos de la mano con Finanzas.
Asesorar y colaborar de manera autónoma con equipos de Comercial, Operaciones y Marketing para resolver sus necesidades mediante el análisis de datos.
Graduación universitaria en Ingeniería, Informática, Ciencias de la Computación, Administración, Economía o carreras afines.
Experiencia previa mayor a 3 años en roles de Business Intelligence, Analítica de Datos o Planeamiento Estratégico.
Dominio avanzado de SQL, bases de datos relacionales (BigQuery/GCP), Python para automatización y herramientas de visualización de datos (Tableau, Looker, Google Sheets o similares).
Experiencia en sectores de consumo masivo, retail o quick-commerce, interpretando métricas transaccionales, márgenes comerciales e inventario.
Nivel de inglés intermedio/avanzado para la interacción fluida con equipos regionales e internacionales.
