Buscamos a la persona que va a liderar y hacer crecer el equipo comercial del local de Pocitos.
¿Qué vas a hacer?
- Gestionar y liderar el equipo comercial a cargo, y hacerlo crecer.
- Coordinar las acciones comerciales de la fuerza de venta y hacer el seguimiento individual de cada integrante.
- Brindar entrenamiento a las agentes y conducir workshops de técnicas de venta.
- Gestionar los objetivos de venta y asegurar que se cumplan.
- Ejecutar acciones de marketing en el local.
- Supervisar el aspecto y el funcionamiento del local.
- Coordinar la implementación de clases y talleres especiales.
- Administrar el presupuesto del local y autorizar las compras y gastos necesarios.
- Asegurar el nivel de stock con pedidos de reposición periódicos.
- Gestionar el inventario del local y la caja chica.
- Captar potenciales clientes de la zona.
¿Qué buscamos?
- Al menos 2 años de experiencia comprobable liderando equipos de venta con objetivos.
- Excelentes habilidades de comunicación, organización y planificación.
- Buen manejo de herramientas digitales y sistemas de gestión de ventas.
- Perfil proactivo, ambicioso, resolutivo y con mucha energía.
- Vocación por el trabajo en equipo y por el desarrollo de personas.
- Disponibilidad para trabajar presencial.
- Flexibilidad horaria.
- Residencia cercana a la zona de Pocitos.
Suma si tenés
- Experiencia en venta directa.
- Formación universitaria.
- Conocimiento de Thermomix o afinidad con la cocina.
