✔️ Diseñar e implementar la estrategia de reclutamiento de la organización
✔️ Liderar y motivar al equipo de reclutadores para cumplir con los objetivos de contratación
✔️ Colaborar estrechamente con las áreas de la empresa para comprender las necesidades del negocio
✔️ Gestionar los recursos del área (presupuesto, herramientas, tecnologías)
✔️ Desarrollar estrategias de sourcing innovadoras para identificar y atraer potenciales candidatos de alta calidad
✔️ Identificar oportunidades de mejora en el proceso de contratación
✔️ Garantizar el mantenimiento actualizado de los distintos indicadores
✔️ Velar por la automatización de los procesos de contratación para optimizar los tiempos y mejorar la eficiencia
Requirements
✔️ Egresado o estudiante avanzado de Ingeniería (preferentemente Industrial), con MBA (excluyente)
✔️ Experiencia de al menos 3 años liderando equipos de trabajo en roles similares
✔️ Buen dominio del idioma Inglés
✔️ Será altamente valorada la experiencia en la implementación de sistemas de automatización de reclutamiento
✔️ Excelente manejo de herramientas informáticas
