• Blueprint and orchestrate disruptive social media strategies tailored exclusively to the US financial consumer—segmenting by generational cohorts (Gen Z, Millennials, Boomers), investment profiles, and behavioral triggers.
• Exploit platform algorithms (Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok, X) to build predictive distribution models that maximize organic reach, engagement velocity, and conversion efficiency.
• Embed generative AI and machine learning tools to conduct real-time sentiment analysis, predict churn, and dynamically adapt creative assets for hyper-personalization.
• Scan the digital horizon for emerging platforms and algorithmic shifts to ensure first-mover advantage in an increasingly crowded financial landscape.

Agile Project Execution & Performance Optimization

• Own the full project lifecycle—from strategic conceptualization and cross-functional orchestration to execution, monitoring, and rigorous post-mortem analysis.
• Design and manage executive-level performance dashboards that translate complex attribution data into compelling narratives around ROI, Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC), Lifetime Value (LTV), and share of voice.

You must be equally formidable delivering a high-stakes pitch to US stakeholders in English as you are conducting strategic syncs in Spanish. PROGRAM STRUCTURE, COMPENSATION & YOUR CAREER ACCELERATOR
