Descripción del empleoTenemos una oportunidad para vos! Estamos buscando Associate Infrastructure Engineer para sumarse al equipo de Platform Reliability Operator
Entre los principales desafios se encuentran:
- Asegurar la estabilidad de la plataforma.
- Colaborar con todas las unidades de negocios de la compañía para ofrecer transparencia a la organización.
- Brindará apoyo al equipo de ingeniería para reducir posibles incidentes o el impacto de la degradación de la plataforma.
- Exposición diaria a una variedad de desafíos técnicos y experiencias del cliente que ampliarán y desarrollarán sus habilidades técnicas y de liderazgo.
Objetivos
Monitorear métricas específicas para disponibilidad, latencia y estado general del sistema / aplicación.
Análisis exhaustivo de diferentes inconvenientes que puedan estar afectando la operativa de las distintas áreas funcionales de la compañía.
Ser capaz de seguir los procedimientos de gestión de incidentes en entornos de producción.
Comprender la determinación del análisis de causa raíz y la creación de la línea de tiempo.
Crear y mantener documentación sobre procesos internos y de ayuda a otras áreas.
- Se requiere inglés (habilidades de escritura y habla) para comunicarse con equipos técnicos y clientes de otros paises.
- Es un Plus contar con experiencia en seguimiento de problemas con sistemas de tickets y en servicio de atención al cliente a traves de Jira
- Estudios iniciales en el área de IT
- Horario y días de trabajo: De 17pm a 2am - Domingos a Jueves.
