FULFILLMENT ASSOCIATE

Position Summary

PGS360 is seeking a detail-oriented and operationally driven Fulfillment Associate to support daily warehouse and logistics operations. This position plays a key role in ensuring accurate product handling, compliance with operational standards, and seamless coordination between the floor team and management. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and capable of managing multiple operational priorities while maintaining quality and consistency.

Key Responsibilities

  • Stay connected with the US Floor team to monitor and support daily fulfillment operations.
  • Provide the floor team with reports, tools, and documents required for daily operations.
  • Perform audits and trigger ad hoc inventory counts when necessary.
  • Ensure compliance with contractual requirements and maintain accuracy in product handling.
  • Verify resource availability and communicate requirements to management.
  • Ensure the floor team is fully staffed; request additional personnel as needed.
  • Ensure the fulfillment team adheres to product guidelines, GMPs, and safety policies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to plan, analyze, and manage production activities.
  • Develop daily operational plans and schedules to ensure continuous operations.
  • Process all planned orders for timely completion.
  • Attend daily meetings to discuss operational issues and updates.
  • Communicate order status and error updates to management regularly.
  • Develop and follow SOPs to optimize workflow.
  • Evaluate issues, analyze root causes, and implement solutions.
  • Generate operational reports as required.
  • Recommend improvements to maintain operational integrity, consistency, and quality.

Requirements

  • 9+ months of experience in fulfillment, logistics, warehouse operations, or related fields.
  • Strong understanding of fulfillment and inventory control processes.
  • Ability to develop and follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • High attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel for data analysis and reporting.
  • Basic knowledge of AI and automation tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, Microsoft Copilot, or similar).
  • Familiarity with analytics platforms or reporting tools to track operational performance.
  • Advanced English proficiency (written and verbal) required.

Job Type: Full-Time – On Site (Colonia Escalon)

Compensation: $1,800.00 monthly
