En Grupo Bimbo Uruguay estamos en búsqueda de un/a Brand Leader para sumarse a nuestro equipo de Marketing.
Buscamos profesionales apasionados por las marcas, con visión estratégica y orientación comercial, capaces de transformar insights de consumidores y mercado en acciones que impulsen el crecimiento sostenible del negocio.
Si te entusiasma desarrollar estrategias, construir marcas sólidas, identificar oportunidades de negocio y liderar proyectos de impacto trabajando junto a equipos multidisciplinarios, ¡queremos conocerte!
Principales responsabilidades:
* Liderar la estrategia, el posicionamiento y el crecimiento rentable de las marcas a cargo.
* Definir y ejecutar el Plan Anual de Marketing alineado a los objetivos de la compañía.
* Analizar el mercado, la competencia, las tendencias de consumo y el desempeño comercial para identificar oportunidades de crecimiento.
* Liderar proyectos e iniciativas vinculadas a innovación, comunicación, desarrollo de marca y lanzamientos.
* Trabajar de forma transversal con áreas como Comercial, I+D, Producción y otras áreas clave del negocio.
* Gestionar y coordinar agencias de publicidad, diseño y otros proveedores externos.
* Monitorear indicadores de desempeño y elaborar análisis que contribuyan a la toma de decisiones.
La persona:
* Profesional graduado/a de Marketing, Comunicación, Administración de Empresas o carreras afines.
* Experiencia previa en posiciones de Marketing, Brand Management o similares.
* Manejo de datos y herramientas de análisis.
* Dominio de Excel y PowerPoint.
* Se valorarán conocimientos de Oracle u otros sistemas de gestión.
* Será valorada la experiencia en compañías industriales o de consumo masivo.
* Perfil analítico, con visión comercial y estratégica, orientación a resultados y capacidad para liderar proyectos de forma autónoma, trabajando de manera colaborativa con diferentes áreas y stakeholders.
