En Marvik, ayudamos a organizaciones líderes a diseñar e implementar soluciones de inteligencia artificial que transforman sus negocios. Contamos con un equipo de expertos de primer nivel, trabajando con tecnología de frontera y clientes globales en sectores como industria, retail, servicios financieros y telecomunicaciones.
Hoy estamos sumando una figura estratégica, que pueda ayudarnos a definir, alinear y supervisar estrategias de IA en simultáneo para múltiples compañías. Esta persona estará asignada a cuentas VIP, acompañando a grandes organizaciones en sus procesos de transformación tecnológica.
🎯 Responsabilidades principales:
- Diseñar e impulsar estrategias de inteligencia artificial en empresas de gran escala, en coordinación con equipos ejecutivos
- Supervisar múltiples proyectos de IA en paralelo, asegurando alineación con objetivos de negocio y tiempos de entrega
- Colaborar con equipos técnicos, de producto y de negocio para convertir ideas en resultados
- Liderar espacios de diagnóstico, discovery y diseño de soluciones de IA junto a stakeholders de distintos niveles
- Aportar visión de largo plazo sobre cómo escalar la adopción de IA dentro de cada organización
- Estar asignado/a a un conjunto reducido de cuentas clave, con una relación directa y de confianza tomadores de decisión en cada cliente
💼 Requisitos y experiencia deseada:
- Experiencia comprobada en alta dirección, estrategia o transformación digital
- Haber liderado equipos interdisciplinarios y manejado proyectos complejos con múltiples stakeholders
- Experiencia ejecutando proyectos de innovación (IA, data, software o similares) en entornos corporativos
- Capacidad para navegar contextos organizacionales complejos y generar alineamiento ejecutivo
- Conocimiento de metodologías ágiles y su aplicación en proyectos tecnológicos
- Excelente comunicación y habilidades interpersonales — claridad, persuasión y empatía son claves
- Se valora, pero no es excluyente, contar con formación técnica en IA, data science o ingeniería
- Preferentemente residencia en Argentina o Uruguay
